U2 spent this past weekend in France filming the video for their new single, "Electrical Storm." Minority Report star Samantha Morton will appear as a mermaid in the clip. The song will be one of two new tracks featured on the band's seventeen-track, later-era anthology, 1990-2000 Greatest Hits, which is due November 12th...really?
