Grant-Lee Phillips will reissue his independently released solo debut, Ladies Love Oracle, on August 20th on Zoe/Rounder; on September 18th, he will begin the twelve-date Exile Follies Tour with John Doe and Kristin Hersh (remember Throwing Muses?) in Atlanta.
