Oddball rapper Kool Keith has announced he's bringing back his infamous gynecologyst-from-outer-space personna Dr. Octagon for a new album. This time, however, he'll be sans Dan "The Automator" Nakamura, who produced 1996's classic (and I mean classic) Dr. Octagonecologyst. The album, still untitled, is due in February from Rockwell Recordings
