Poor Jason Newsted, of ex-Metallica fame, and his band Echobrain are being sued by an unsigned Dallas band by the name of Echo Drain. The Dallas act claims that Newsted and crew "deliberately" used the Echobrain name to infringe on rights and material from them. Echo Drain is seeking at least $1 million in damages.
