Frank Black gears up for 2 new releases

Frank Black and the Catholics will be releasing two new albums on August 20th through SpinART Records. The first is Black Letter Day - a live-to-two-track 18 track, 65-minute album that includes two covers of Tom Waits "The Black Rider." The second release is Devil's Workshop, a 33-minute, 11 track album that includes an old Pixies b-side ("Velvety Instrumental") that is no longer instrumental and is just called "Velvety." And to hold you over, SpinART will be releasing the first Pixies demos.. but you knew that. Check the SpinART site if you're interested in finding out more.
