Troy Van Leeuwen insight on next APC record

According to a quick mtv.com article with Troy Van Leeuwen the recording process for the next A Perfect Circle album is about 80 percent complete, musically. He says to expect "a step up from the last record" and that "It's very ethereal and builds up to the heavy thing rather than being heavy all the time." So, the band is finishing recording in Billy Howerdel's home studio and awaits Maynard James Keenan to finish his touring duties with Tool before he joins them to write lyrics and vocal harmonies.
