Stone Gossard goes Solo

Epic Records has set September 11th for the release of Stone Gossard's solo debut Bayleaf. Pearl Jam's guitarist steps up to the mic and sings lead on seven of the ten tracks, while ex-Green Apple Quickstep frontman Ty Willman takes vocals on the remaining three tracks. Other guests include Pete Droge, Matt Chamberlain, Ron Weinsten, Mike Stone and Guy Davis. The first single will be entitled "Unhand Me." In other solo Gossard new, the next Brad album is done and singer/keyboardist says "It sounds really beautiful." Look for that on Epic later this year.
