Sonic Youth's Murray Street closer than you think..

Sonic Youth's forthcoming album Murray Street has been pushed forward to a June 25th release date. Along with that bit of good news, the band has also announced that collaborator Jim O'Rourke is now an official member. And on top of all that, they've announced loads of tour dates (including a free concert at NYC's Central Park on August 11th). For a list of all those dates, check the Sonic Youth Calendar.
