Warp Gets Animated, And How...

After 3 months of committed work by ten film makers, the results of the Warp / Creative Review animation project will soon be on show for all to see. The Videos will be posted here at the end of May. Around the same time Creative Review will profile the directors in the June issue of Creative Review and feature the videos on their bi-monthly DVD compilation. Here's what you can look forward to: Richard Fenwick - Chris Clark "gob coitus" Ariane Geil - Brothomstates "25101999" Ed Holdsworth - Prefuse73 "half of what?" Daniele Lunghini Mira Calix "little numba" Lynn Fox - Chris Clark "gob coitus" Geoff McFetridge - Plaid "itsu" Nano - Brothomstates - "25101999" Cedric Perrier - Prefuse 73 "half of what?" Pleix Collective - Plaid "itsu" Sam Tootal - Mira Calix "little numba" The videos are currently being projected onto big screens at each of the Magic Bus tour dates. These videos will also be screened at the Warp Films special at London's One Dot Zero festival. You will also have the chance to see some Warp classics and the stunning new Autechre "Gantz Graff" video animated and directed by Alex Rutterford. The festival runs From May 17th - 26th at the ICA.
