Ever wondered why Thom mentions the "holy Roman empire" in "You and Whose Army"? Or what's up with that backwards stuff in "Like Spinning Plates"? Or why they have a robot voice reading the words in "Fitter Happier"? Well, maybe you'll find out in James Doheny's new book on Radiohead, entitled Karma Police: The Stories Behind Every Radiohead Song. As you might guess from the title, the book contains an analysis of every single Radiohead song. The book is due June 30 on Thunder's Mouth Press.
