Blue Note?... They's Jazz!

When's the last time you saw somebody from Blue Note Records on MTV? The answer is: probably never. Well, you might have seen the video for "Don't Know Why" by Norah Jones on MTV2, but that really only is a testament to open-minded programming. Jones' album Come Away With Me is something I think everyone should hear - call her Mazzy Star mixed with Nina Simone, with a piano. Be sure to check out her performance on the Late Night with Conan O'Brien show on June 4th.
