Gallo To Release Soundtrack LP

Vincent Gallo will release his second solo LP, Recordings Of Music For Film, on June 25th (US) through Warp Records. The album compiles all the original tracks recorded by Gallo for his four films: 79's If You Feel Froggy, Jump; 81’s Downtown ’81; 84’s The Way It Is; and 98’s Buffalo 66. The liner notes for the album were written by Gallo himself and discuss the recording of the tracks as well as their respective role in each movie. Also, all tracks for the album have been remastered from the original tapes. Furthermore, an unreleased song, "Brown Daisies", which was intended for The Way It Is soundtrack, will be included on the release.
