Dillinger Gets Home, Gets To Work

Reported by heyrevolver

As you've probably read somewhere in the past 9 months, Dillinger Escape Plan hit the studio, with Mike Patton handling vocal duties, to record a new EP. Dillinger returned home about a week ago from two months of touring and began mixing the new EP, which now bears the title Irony is a dead scene. The songs include "When good dogs do bad things", "Pig Latin", and "Holly wood squares!" and the EP is set to be released in August on Epitaph Records. Futhermore, Dillinger will also soon appear on a split-EP with The Icarus Line, which will be released on Jade Tree. More details on that release soon.
