No matter who you ask, the only A Perfect Circle news will be that they are currently in the studio recording new demos in L.A., and they are also in the process of writing new songs for the upcoming album. This of course, is basically all anyone's been hearing for the past several months. Guitarist Billy Howerdel personally responded to an APC messageboard visitor through this site's message board with a more personal, but not much more divulging update: "The album is really shaping up. We will not be done with it for a while. [Maynard] is busy with you-know-who for a bit longer. Thanks for asking." the message can be viewed here for the doubters. Also, if you've read any Harry Potter you'll get my subject-line joke.
