It Is Rare This Year

As reported, Pearl Jam are currently hard at work writing songs for the follow-up to Binaural, which will be their 7th album. The band officially answered all timeframe related questions by posting this message on their label website: "... Pearl Jam will be going back into the studio in April to finish work on their new album. It's going very well. They're also working on the rarities album and should be deciding on the final tracklisting in the next month or so. The rarities should be out by end of this year now with the new studio album following it early next year." We'll let you know about the rarities album tracklist as soon as we know.
