Rage Against Cornell

Rumors continue to circulate that Chris Cornell has dropped out of the project with former Rage Against the Machine members. According to thePRP, "The reasons for the split remains unclear, though it is rumored that Cornell's heart wasn't fully into the project and as such he was taking extremely long to finalize his vocal parts for the bands material, a factor which reportedly caused tension within the band, not too mention the album's constant delays. It is unknown at present is the departure is past the point of a reconciliation or not." We will keep you posted.Update: It seems that rumors are in fact true, atleast according to MTV who reports that Cornell has indeed parted ways with RATM. Epic Records still plans on releasing the currently untitled album, which was recently completed by the band. However, the group will definitely not be taking part in this year's Ozzfest tour.
