Police have decided not to press charges against Puddle Of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin over an alleged roadside fight with his fianceé. Authorities in Ventura County, California arrested Scantlin and Michelle Rubin in the early hours of March 12 after the couple were seen fighting by the side of the road in Piru, California. Witnesses reported seeing a man forcing a woman into a Jeep Cherokee driven by a third person. They were booked at the Ventura County jail and released after on $20,000 bail each. Police had originally decided to investigate Scantlin for battery and domestic violence. Ya know it sounds a lot like that video.
