According to the ever informative fugitive ALiEN, the recent taping of Tenacious D for an episode of MAD TV featured JB and KG backed by Dave Grohl on drums, Warren Fitzgerald on guitar, and Steve McDonald on bass. It's apparently a one-time deal, but it's definetly to keep your eye on your TV listings for.
