Weezer Starts On Album #5

Wasting no time and not even waiting for their 4th album, Maladroit, to get a release date from Geffen, Weezer have already started working on their 5th album. You can check in on the progress over at their official website each day. The band's websmaster, Karl, reported: "Maladroit has NOT been scheduled for an April 30th release. In fact, the band hasn't actually turned the album over to Geffen yet, though the recordings are finished." So, it's basically a waiting game now. In other news, Rivers was recently forced to send out a letter to radio stations playing their new song "Dope Nose" asking them to stop until the track is officially "serviced" by Interscope, baby daddy of Geffen.
