Beth Orton will have some relatively high profile guest on her upcoming album, due out later this year on Astralwerks. Ex-Whiskeytown frontman Ryan Adams appears several times, singing backup and playing piano on "Concrete Sky" and playing guitar on a song he wrote for her record, "OK". Also, Emmoylou Harris contributed backing vocals to "Godsong". Last, there is a possiblity that ex-Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr may appear on a song he co-wrote with Orton, but it's still being considered.
