I urge all of you that have been wanting to step into the genre of music referred to as "IDM", to go read the review of Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works 85 - 92 over at pitchforkmedia.com. A great review of quite possibly one of the greatest electronic music albums of all time. I too got into electronic music by listening to this album, I never looked back.
