OFF!, a new project featuring Keith Morris (Circle Jerks, Black Flag), Mario Rubalcaba (Hot Snakes, Rocket from the Crypt), Dimitri Coats (Burning Brides) and Steven McDonald (Redd Kross), will release their debut, 1st EP, through Vice Records on October 12th.
