Dance-punk outfit !!! will release a new album, Strange Weather, Isn't It?, on August 24th via Warp Records. The group will kickoff some North American tour dates on August 15th in Brooklyn. Paul Quattrone will fill in on drums, following the death of Jerry Fuchs last year. [warp.net]
