Filter have announced details about their third album, The Amalgamut. Due in late spring/early summer, the album is a reaction to, in frontman Richard Patrick's words, America becoming "one big homogenized piece of shit" and his being "sick and tired of seeing McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, on every single street". Hey, works for me.
