Have A W.A.S.T.E.ful Christmas

In a recent message to the W.A.S.T.E. mailing list, Thom Yorke from Radiohead had this to say about the current state of the world and the upcoming Christmas holiday: "Violence breeds violence. We need a world court, not a republican with his hands covered in oil and military hardware lecturing us on world security. We need love and understanding and tolerance and good laws that apply to everyone, upheld by those who are in a position to judge. Praying for world peace is not such an embarrassing thing to do anymore, I think, especially not this Christmas." I assumed Mr. Yorke sent out this message partly so good Radiohead fans, like myself, would gladly disseminate this information throughout the Internet. Well, that's exactly what I'm doing (I did).
