Alanis Morrissette is in the planning stages of her new video for 'Hands Clean', the first single from her upcoming album "Under Rug Swept", due out on February 26th (tentative). For the video, she's requesting help from 15 of her fans, between the ages 18 and 25 to play various roles in the video. Fans must be located in or able to come to Los Angeles for the shoot.
