Flaming Lips Plan to Release DVD Documentry and Film

A DVD titled "The Flaming Lips Have Landed on DVD" will be released sometime in the future and is directed by up-and-coming indie film director Bradley Beesley. There is not much information regarding the DVD but sources say it will include music from all the bands previous release's and all their video's as well. Also, the band will is involved in a movie titled "Xmas on Mars" that is being slated for a Christmas 2002 release. The Screenplay was written and directed by singer Wayne Coyne. All three of the current members will star in this movie.
