Reported by mailman

Jordy Birch ex-frontman of defunct Vancouver band Pure has just finished working on his first solo effort Fun Machine, which is slated for release in late January or early February. Since the dismantling of Pure in January of last year, Birch has been slowly but steadily compiling material for Fun Machine. With 50 or 60 songs as the base, Birch eventually managed to filter the numbers down to these 12 tracks:Super Plastic Moola Moola Fun Machine Rock 'n' Roll Karma Beatrice Hustlin' El Camino Del Diablo Kitten Soft Built to be Blonde Evoke Astronette Dope Changes Everything The record has an eclectic and mellow sound but still remains fun and happyish-sounding. Former Pure band mate, Todd Simko also appears on the album.
