The label has also just signed a new band, The Loved Ones, which features members of The Curse, Kid Dynamite and Trial by Fire. Brian Mcternan is slated to produce their CD EP for an early 2005 release.

Clarence Greenwood Recordings

Citizen Cope (a.k.a.Clarence Greenwood) has revealed that he will be releasing his latest CD, The Clarence Greenwood Recordings on September 14th. Cope will also be the opening act for the Robert Randolph and the Family Band for a few dates in late September, and an appearance on the Carson Show is scheduled for the week of September 20th. The July 17th Axis of Justice concert will be relased on a CD and DVD entitled Axis of Justice: Concert Series Volume I on November 2. The concert, filmed at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood, features performances by Axis heads Tom Morello and Serj Tankian along with guests such as Flea, Pete Yorn, Brad Wilk and Jurassic 5.

Conjecture and Golden

According to this post on the official Ken Andrews message board, Failure will be releasing a new disc entitled Golden (Unreleased Sounds and Images). The 2 disc set is supposedly set to feature one audio disc of 11 unreleased songs, demos, and b-sides and one dvd featuring a 40 minute documentary that Ken and Greg put together. The disc should be available on cdbaby.com if this all pans out to be true.
