Radio 4 will be supporting their Astralwerks debut, Stealing Of A Nation with a west coast tour in January. Stealing Of A Nation is the follow-up to 2002's highly-acclaimed Gotham! and was produced by Max Heyes (Doves, Primal Scream) and recorded in Radio 4's hometown of NYC.

Kerrang! printed a brief interview with Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails this week revealing their revamped live lineup. As rumored, Jerome Dillon and Jeordie White are on board along with newbies Ralph Dieter and Alessandro Cortini. The official NIN website is reporting that they "will be announcing the first round of U.S. tour dates in the near future."

Better than Skinemax

In a match made in heaven, John Cameron Mitchell (the mastermind behind Hedwig and the Angry Inch, fools) has directed the Scissor Sisters video for "Filthy Gorgeous." It features the band engaged in kicky hijinks in a nightclub. Singer Ana Matronic has called it "a party in my pants – not everyone’s invited but everyone’s definitely coming." Nice! Watch it here because I'm not sure it will be deemed suitable for regular television viewing.

Mr. Brightside is the best song ever written

On the heels of an über-successful year, the Killers are on the verge of completing the songs for the follow-up album to Hot Fuss, which has reportedly sold more than half a million copies. The band worked with producer Flood (who has worked with U2 and the Smashing Pumpkins) and some titles include "I Won't Let You Down," "Daddy's Eyes" and "It's Only Natural." I'm squirming with anticipation!

The Features have announced a bunch of tour dates for the month of January. They'll be sharing the bill with Razorlight for the first half and then reclaiming their opening slot with Kings of Leon for the latter half.

Tsunami Relief

Rockers Linkin Park are putting their money where their mouth is in an effort to aid victims of the recent tsunami that devestated parts of Southeast Asia earlier this week. With an initial contribution of $100,000, the band is urging fellow musicians to join them in Music for Relief, a program they helped start that will directly support the American Red Cross. Hats off to them and their efforts!
