The rock gods that are Creed just got slapped in the shit-faced face with what could turn out to be a very expensive lawsuit. Four concert-goers have filed a lawsuit against the band as a result of that infamous intoxicated show in Chicago late last year. The show was so bad that the band had to issue an apology for the poor performance (but no refund). The fans are asking for the simple refund of their $56.75 (plus parking). Not too bad, but they've also asked the judge to consider certifying it as a class action lawsuit. With 15,000+ in attendence, this could turn into a $2 million class action suit. It's hard to pick which side to pull for in this case... Creed or 15,000 people dumb enough to spend $56.75 to see Creed... if only they could both lose.
